Installation Steps
Open the stainless steel frame and invert it.
Install 2 casters with brakes and press the brake pads.
After tightening the tail screws, insert the casters, fix the gasket A with your left hand, pinch part B with your right hand, and rotate clockwise until the casters cannot be extracted. The installation steps for the other two casters without brakes are the same.
Flip the frame, place the Oxford cloth bag and stick it tightly.
Release the brake of caster and complete!
