    1. Is the magnetic pull strong enough?
    ----Yes, with 14 powerful rare-earth magnets inside, this adjustable magnetic mount clicks your phone into place easily and holds it very securely in landscape and portrait positions. Just make sure the magnetic mount’s outline is aligned with the circular magnets inside the iPhone 12 / iPhone 13 / iPhone 14 or the circular magnets inside the MagSafe case. If your phone or case has to use the hollow circular metal ring provided in the packaging, make sure the metal ring is aligned with the magnetic mount’s outline.
    2. Do I need to stick the hollow circular metal ring included to my iPhone 14/13 phone?
    It depends:
    ----If your iPhone 14/13 is without case or with Apple MagSafe case or third party MagSafe case has built-in magnet metal, you don’t need to use the metal ring included, just tap your phone directly to the magnetic mount.
    ----If your iPhone 14/13 is with non-MagSafe regular case has no built-in magnet metal, you need to adhere the hollow metal ring to the OUTSIDE of your case, as the material of your case blocks the magnetic force between the magnets on the mount and the magnets insides your iPhone 14/13, making the magnetic attraction too weak, hence such a hollow metal ring is required to maintain a strong magnetic connection.
    3. I have an iPhone 11, does this magnetic mount work with it?
    ----Yes, it works with iPhone 11 as well as other cell phones from Samsung, Google, Motorola, Nokia, etc. However, you have to use the hollow adhesive metal ring provided in the packaging, as iPhone 11 and other cell phones do not have built-in magnets.
    4. Does the circular metal ring interfere with my wireless charging?
    ----No, it won’t. Unlike the solid type metal ring which blocks the phone’s wireless charging capabilities, this hollow type metal ring DOES NOT block wireless charging capabilities. To ensure full speed charging, please use the supplied alignment templates to stick the metal ring on your case properly for precise positioning.     5. Does the 3M VHB adhesive tape on the bottom of the mount attach well to my car dashboard?
    ----If your car dashboard is hard flat surface made of common ABS plastic, metal, wood or carbon fibre, it will be YES. But if your car dashboard is soft, uneven or grease surface made of leather or PU, it will be NO. (We suggest place the mount to plastic/glass/wood/metal surface rather than leather/PU/vinyl surface.
    In case it does not stick to your car dashboard well, please feel free to let us know and we will give you a satisfied solution. And if your car dash does not have a suitable hard flat surface, please consider taking our Magsafe car vent mount.)
    ----Make sure the surface is clean and dry, then set it up on your dashboard, press it down firmly for 60 seconds
    and let it sit 24 hours
    for the best adhesion before snapping your phone on it. This 3M VHB adhesive tape is very sticky, high temperature resistant (up to 100℃ / 212℉), low temperature resistant (down to -40℃ / -40℉), water-proof and residue free.
    ---Please note that this 3M VHB adhesive tape is only one-time use
    , once removed, it cannot be re-mounted. If you need to pull out the mount for a new position, you need to additionally get a new 3M VHB adhesive tape or other sticky adhesive tapes.
