About GIISSMO USB-C Hub 7 in 1 :
For HDMI port:
1. Media display is only supported via HDMI port. This hub does not support media display through the USB-C ports, even when using a USB-C to HDMI cable or USB-C to DisplayPort cable.
2.4K Resolution: The final resolution performance of the HDMI output depends on the resolution supported by your host device (only if your laptop and monitor support 4K resolution, the video output will be 4K).
3. Conversion Adapters: It is not recommended to use additional extension cords or port conversion adapters on the hub. As it may cause slow transmission, HDMI port not recognized or other connection issues.
For USB C PD port:
4. When using a hub on an iPad Pro or mobile device, the hub must consume 8-10W for its own operation. To support full speed charging for iPad Pro, please check whether the power adapter supports 15V (45W). Also, only the USB-C PD port supports charging power. The USB-A ports and the USB-C data port do not support charging power.
5. The USB-C PD port supports up to 90W charging power of the connected laptop with 10W to power the hub. A 100W Power Delivery charger and cables are required to support 85W charging.
For USB A port::
6. Incompatible USB format: Please confirm whether the USB device format is compatible. If it is not compatible, a formatting operation is required. Before proceeding, however, please confirm that your data is backed up.
7. USB3.0 Type-A port is not recommended for charging. The USB3.0 connection is mainly used for data transfer.
8. Some 2.4GHz wireless devices (such as wireless mice or keyboards) may interfere with USB 3.0 devices.
