We recommend downloading the app from Appstore.
This TV box can access the Internet via WiFi or Ethernet cable, but not both. If you use WIFI, you need to unplug the Ethernet cable.
When you can't connect WIFI, please check if you have turned on the auto date and time status in Settings->Device Preferences->Date and Time->Auto Date and Time, if not, it means there is no WIFI.
This product supports cell phone screen casting function, please make sure the device is under the same network.
The TV box is connected to the display through the "HDMI" port, please make sure your smart TV and other devices have "HDMI" port.
If you don't use the product for a short time, you don't need to turn it off because the product will automatically go to sleep standby. It takes 30 seconds to restart the product.
