Q:Why the watch cant receive the message notification?.
A:Please make sure that the mobile phone Bluetooth is turned on, the FitCloudPro is turned on, and the bracelet is always connecting to the mobile phone Bluetooth !
NOTE:
If the phone is not locking or the software (whatapp, SMS, facebook...) is logging in the computer, the smart watch will not push messages for reduce power consumption and disturbing. Please allow all the notification permission(WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Phone, SMS.) at the FitCloudPro APP
Since Android mobile phone background will automatically clean up the App which not commonly used, it will cause the watch connection to drop and no longer push the message.
1.Make sure turn on message push in FitCloudPro setting.
2.Make sure the message can be displayed in mobile phones notification bar,
message notification is pushed by reading the phone notification bar, the watch cant get notification if the message push closed in mobile phone setting .

Permissions issue
1. When you download "FitCloudPro" app for the first time, please make sure the app, SMS, call and other permissions are allowed.
2. Turn on the "Call Reminder" and "SNS Reminder" functions in "FitCloudPro"app. Open the app --> click "Device" --> open "Caller Alert" and "SNS Alert" --> open the app you need to receive notifications -- click the tick icon on the top right to save the settings.
3. Allow FitCloudPro app to send notifications. Open phone settings -- find"FitCloudPro" app -- notifications -- click "Allow notifications" -- check Lock screen/notification center/banner and check "Always (default)" in the display preview.
*Note: If Messages/Calls/SNS notifications do not appear in the drop-down menu of your phone, the watch will not receive any notifications, please make sure they are able to show up. Phone Settings --Notifications - Find the app you need to get notifications for --Allow notifications. (Same process as step 3).
4. Turn off Do Not Disturb mode on your phone and watch, and make sure your phone's drop-down menu can display your message notifications.
5. If the watch still cannot receive any notifications. Please remove "K-57" from your phone's Bluetooth paired device list --> delete the app and download it again --> repeat steps #1-3.
