Description
We need to use class 10 or faster SD cards (up to 64GB capacity) and 8 x 1.5V AA batteries in your trail camera for maximum battery life. (A 32GB SD card is included in the package, not including the battery)
Before using this wildlife camera, please format the memory card.
The external power adapter power supply voltage is 6V. Using a power adapter higher than 6V will burn the card.
The switch represents 3 modes:
OFF -
The camera is completely off. You can install the batteries and SD card.
TEST -
For camera settings change and preview the recorded video. You can record videos manually, but the camera will not take photos or record videos automatically under this mode.
ON -
The screen display will turn off in 15s, and button operation will be disabled. The camera enters the working mode.

This wildlife camera has a time lapse function. In this mode, the PIR sensor will be turned off. Even if there are no motions in front of the PIR sensor, this trail camera still takes a frame at the set interval. Q1: What should I do if the power is insufficient?
A1: The battery life of our wildlife camera depends on the PIR level, shooting interval and continuous shooting. The higher the PIR level, the shorter the interval, the more shooting, the higher the frequency of our wildlife camera, the shorter the battery life. We recommend that you set the PIR grade, recording interval, and logs accordingly.
Q2: This wildlife camera is used well during the day. Why can't it be used at night?
A2: It is recommended to replace new high-quality batteries. When the battery is low, the battery output voltage is not enough to shoot at night. The better the battery quality, the more stable the battery voltage is at night.
Q3: The detection distance of the wildlife camera is different from the publicity. Is it only 30 feet?
A3: The detection distance of the camera is related to the angle of placement. We recommend putting the camera at a high place to get the maximum detection distance.

RecorCam wildlife camera HC-881A supports Micro SD Cards up to 64GB, and a class 10 or above speed rating.
Micro SD card should be inserted in OFF mode. Please format the SD card before using the camera.
The 32GB Micro SD card is INCLUDED in the package, but the battery is NOT INCLUDED.
In TEST mode, if the red/green indicator light blinks, it means the sensors work.
When switching to ON mode, the red indicator will blink and screen will turn off in a 15 seconds, this means the camera is working.
