Ingredients: Back Tea (100% Natural), Water (Purified), Salt, Zinc, Ascorbic Acid, Catechins, Flavor Enhancers (Sorbitan Trioleate).

Making Instruction: 1. Boil fresh water and bring it to boil. 2. Add one tea bag to the hot water and let it steep for 5-8 minutes or more until it's cooled down. 3. Squeeze the tea bag and strainer carefully. 4. Pour the tea into a cup and add salt (0.5 gm). 5. Drink this tea after the sunset every night as a healthy way to maintain good health.
