Please use the drop down box to select the desired weight (3-100grams) Fluorescein LTC is a water soluble dye that gives a strong yellow/green fluorescent colour. This colour is used in a number of different industries including dye lasers (peak emission of 496nm), textile dying and forensics. It is most commonly used however as a tracer dye in sewage or swimming pool leak routes. The powder is a orange/red colour and at concentrate in water it will appear orange. Once further diluted it will form the fluorescent yellow/green colour. Only a tiny amount of powder is required to cause a colour change, so a little goes a long way! Typically 1gram of fluorescein LTC powder will successfully colour change 500 litres of water. Alternatively the powder can be prepared as a liquid solution and then used.
