Our matcha is an ancient art of powder blending. Unlike regular teas, which are created by infusing tea leaves in hot water, matcha is a completely different process of whisking freshly grounded tea dust into liquid and then whizzing the liquid around in various cups until it\'s ready to drink. The tea we sell is sourced straight from farmers near Kyoto Japan and prepared with only one key difference to the standard preparation methods - water heating method. We make a unique version which combines three methods to achieve the closest possible authentic Japanese matcha drinking experience at home - we mix 3 times more finely and we do the first and second stages hot instead of simmer and let water in one part, add it to hot matcha dust instead of mixing hot, not simmer for two-three minutes and instead drink in three-four stages, a little water each sips to keep each round warm and smooth for five- ten sips as we move clockwise until no tea lingers. The last method also ensures it\'s cold or warm-matching for that day in hot Kyoto in summer or early Autumn when we prefer it as a cold coffee adder in iced teapots in the future. You need only use hot water, heat the bowl up a wee bit first like the kettle in most restaurants before heating any meal for that experience we recommend- our hot green smooth matcha and its energy shots we offer, a sustainable cup and also recommend our special teashot to take up at work during our working days like other work teas - and to all of this at 176 g strength and we use matchan as in \'Japan Matchan Nio\' where people believe our \'Tengue Matchan-Iroh Tann\' for both matcha production to last two more three decades and more from Kyoto, for your great benefit."
