There is no data loading,the display shows 0 watts?
Please use the C port with LED display to connect your device (Macbook /laptop/phone or other device), the other end with "Soopii "logo connect to wall charger.
Tried it with a 100W fast charger but unable to achieve 100W max? Why not it keeps showing 100W?
The display power of cable lies on loading power of your device, in princple, the loading power is the max wattage or peak wattge in charging.
The usb device end port is too tight and required too much effort to insert and remove,will it damage my device ports
