ATTENTION:

Poke a hole on the fabric with the punch tool, strike with a hammer.
Put a eyelet through the hole on the fabric.
Put a washer ring on so that it matches the eyelet.
Put the eyelet on the metal base, the protruding side of the eyelet faces up.
Place the installation tool on the shaft of the metal base and hit with a hammer slightly, squeeze the eyelet and washer ring together.
